Heating
not thermally and electrically conductive materials is possible
RFH (Radio Frequency Heating or dielectric heating) takes advantages of molecular structures such as dipoles to directly generate heat within dielectric amterials such as wood, foods, ceramics and some specific plastics.
In our laboratory we study and develope technologies and processes for heating and drying several materials.
We exploit experimental measurement systems and numerical computational tools to design radiofrequency processes
