We are currently looking for the following positions to join our multidisciplinary team in one of our research lines (covered by two ERC grants):
Post doc:
1. Background in developmental biology for studying 3D morphogenesis in vitro starting from ground state of pluripotency
2. Background in cellular and molecular biology to explore mRNA mediated reprogramming to ground state of pluripotency
3. Background in cell biology/brain development to study brain organoid patterning into specific brain regions
PhD candidates:
1. Background in cellular and molecular biology to optimise reprogramming to ground state of pluripotency
2. Background in cell biology/neuroscience for brain organoids applications in vitro (disease modelling) and in vivo (brain circuitry repair)
Master thesis:
1. Background in bioengineering for imaging processing of axonal growth in 3D environment
2. Background in bioengineering for multi-omics data analysis (bioinformatics)
3. Background in biotechnology/biology for brain organoid differentiation
4. Background in chemistry/chemical engineering for developing photosensitive biopolymer from extracellular matrix samples for applications in intravital 3D bioprinting
Lab manager:
1. Background in cellular/molecular biology to follow ordering processing, writing/editing grant reports, managing fundings.
