Master’s Internship – CMMS Implementation and Maintenance Digitalization

  • The internship involves providing support to the implementation project of the company’s new CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), aimed at the digitalization and standardization of maintenance processes. The application context is an industrial plant specializing in the production and processing of metal powders, featuring production lines, melting and heat treatment systems, material handling systems, auxiliary plants, safety equipment, and technological infrastructure supporting operational continuity and production reliability. The activities will include mapping production assets, structuring technical asset registers, collecting and organizing information related to plant equipment, defining preventive and predictive maintenance plans, as well as supporting system configuration and the definition of maintenance KPIs. The project will provide the opportunity to explore topics related to plant reliability, asset lifecycle management, maintenance data analysis, and digitalization processes in an industrial setting.

Master’s Internship – Integration of Sustainability into Corporate Management and Governance Systems: Development of a Unified Model for Managing KPIs, Risks, and Processes in an Industrial Context

  • The internship involves providing support to a project aimed at integrating sustainability objectives and indicators into corporate management systems and governance processes, transforming sustainability from a specialized domain into a structural component of business management. The application context is an international industrial organization engaged in consolidating its ESG pathways and progressively integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) topics with existing systems related to quality, environment, health and safety, risk management, compliance, internal control, and corporate organization. The activities will include the analysis of business processes and applicable regulatory and voluntary requirements, the mapping of ESG indicators, the identification of correlations with operational and managerial KPIs, the identification of synergies among the various management systems, and the definition of integrated tools for monitoring corporate performance and risks. The project will provide the opportunity to explore topics such as industrial sustainability, ESG reporting, risk management, integrated management systems, and corporate governance, contributing to the development of an organizational model capable of supporting sustainable development objectives and long-term value creation.
