The week-long conference welcomed <em>836 attendees<\/em>, including <em>236 students<\/em>, from <em>41 countries<\/em> to participate in <em>18 symposia<\/em> and four focused sessions, which featured over 680 submitted abstracts. Thirty-two live networking sessions also took place between sessions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Congratulations to our PhD student<a style=\"color: #000000\" href=\"https:\/\/research.dii.unipd.it\/ceramglass\/people\/\"><strong> Useche Inchauspe<\/strong><\/a> for winning the <strong>first prize<\/strong> on the <strong>45th ICACC Best Poster Contest<\/strong> held at the ICACC 2021!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Onwards and upwards!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 45th ICACC conference was held virtually from 8-12 February 2021.
