Background in developmental biology for studying 3D morphogenesis in vitro starting from ground state of pluripotency<\/span><br><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">2. Background in cellular and molecular biology to explore mRNA mediated reprogramming to ground state of pluripotency<\/span><br><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">3. Background in cell biology\/brain development to study brain organoid patterning into specific brain regions<\/span><br><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;font-weight: 300\">\n<span style=\"font-style: italic\">PhD candidates:<\/span><\/span><br><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">1. Background in cellular and molecular biology to optimise reprogramming to ground state of pluripotency<\/span><br><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">2. Background in cell biology\/neuroscience for brain organoids applications in vitro (disease modelling) and in vivo (brain circuitry repair)<\/span><br><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;font-weight: 300\">\n<span style=\"font-style: italic\">Master thesis:<\/span><\/span><br><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">1. Background in bioengineering for imaging processing of axonal growth in 3D environment<\/span><br><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">2. Background in bioengineering for multi-omics data analysis (bioinformatics)<\/span><br><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">3. Background in biotechnology\/biology for brain organoid differentiation<\/span><br><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">4. Background in chemistry\/chemical engineering for developing photosensitive biopolymer from extracellular matrix samples for applications in intravital 3D bioprinting\n<\/span><br><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;font-weight: 300\">\n<span style=\"font-style: italic\">Lab manager:<\/span><\/span><br><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">1.
